Morterm Limited has lengthy experience in the trans-shipment of lumber between trucks and rail cars and trucks.
The greatest majority of the lumber originates in Canada and is delivered in the United States - principally in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. With a large outdoor storage area, Morterm has the capacity to store large quantities of lumber in magnitudes of up to 30 million foot board measure (FBM).
There is a plentiful supply of trucking in the region and the terminal is adjacent to an expressway that gives quick access to Ontario's 401 highway system as well as to the Ambassador Bridge, the busiest border crossing point between Canada and the United States. The bridge permits easy access to U.S. interstate highways. Home | Stevedoring | Trans-Shipment Services | Warehousing | Auto Parts | Lumber | Contact us Text Copyright © 1997-2000 Morterm Limited |
